Return & Refund Policy
Eye Open Dreamer LLC has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt of proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
